This is our first season with Southwest Dance, and thus far we are wholly impressed!  We enrolled our daughter after attending the concert, Kokopelli’s Gift, put on in the spring of 2014.  She had been wanting to take a dance class, but so much of what is called “dance” in this day and age seems more inappropriate than artistic and we couldn’t find a studio we felt comfortable with.  How refreshing to find Southwest Dance, where they focus on artistic expression and basic dance movement and fundamentals in the tradition of Virginia Tanner.  All the staff we have interacted with have been fabulous and our daughter loves her teacher!  We are looking forward to many happy years at Southwest Dance Studio!
